Privacy
This page describes how the site behaves right now. It is written to match the current preview exactly, not to describe features that do not yet exist.
Reflects the site as configured in this preview.
What this site collects
This site does not intentionally collect personal information. It is a static informational preview: there are no user accounts, no login, and no forms that submit data. It does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts, and it does not set tracking cookies. As with any website, the host that serves it may process standard technical request logs, described below.
The availability (ZIP) check
The ZIP field on this site is handled entirely in your browser. When you enter a ZIP code, a small script checks only that it is five digits and shows a message on the page. That input is not sent anywhere, is not stored, and is discarded when you leave or reload the page.
The contact form
The intake form is currently disabled. It does not submit, transmit, or store any information, and it does not produce a confirmation because nothing is sent.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, the host that serves these pages may keep standard technical logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and requested files) for security and reliability. That logging is a function of the hosting provider and is not used here to build profiles, run analytics, or contact anyone.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to federal safety resources such as FEMA, the EPA, the CDC, and Ready.gov. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which govern anything you do once you follow a link.
Changes
As real features are added — such as live intake or a verified phone line — this page will be updated to describe how any information is then handled, before those features go live.
Questions about restoration itself are answered in the how it works and safety pages. See also the terms.
