Contact and intake

Contact channels are still being set up, so this page is honest about its current state: nothing here dials a number or sends a message yet. What it can do is help you prepare, so you are ready the moment intake is live.

Prepare your damage documentation

Whether you reach a restoration company by phone or online, the same information helps. Gathering it now makes the eventual conversation faster and more useful:

  • Your locationZIP code and the type of property (home, rental, or commercial).
  • The type of damageWater, fire, smoke, storm, sewage, or mold — and roughly how it started.
  • Whether the source is controlledIs water still flowing, is the fire out, is the area safe to enter?
  • ExtentWhich rooms or areas are affected, and how deep or widespread the damage is.
  • Photos and videoClear images of every affected area and belongings, taken before anything is moved.
  • Insurance detailsYour policy information and a record of any emergency measures and receipts.

Intake form (currently disabled)

This form is disabled in the current preview. It does not submit, transmit, or store anything.

Calling

Phone routing is being configured, so the call control below is inactive and shows no number. When a verified line is in place, the visible number and the dial action will match exactly.

While you wait, the safety guidance and the step-by-step recovery walkthrough are the most useful things to read.

Get ready to describe your damage

Use the checklist above so you can explain your situation clearly as soon as intake is available.
